Location: Whiterocks Canyon is in Uintah County, and Duchesne County, Utah. Form the city of Roosevelt you can take the main highway US 40/ also called 200 N also called 191. Take this road east towards Ft Duchesne and turn north on to Whiterocks Highway which is also 5750 E. This road is just passed the elementary school. You follow this road north about 20 miles then turn right onto 16000 N then left on whiterocks canyon road.
