Location
Calder Reservoir also known as Zelph Calder Reservoir is located in Uintah County, Utah near the city of Vernal. From Vernal travel east on West Main Street. Turn left onto N. Vernal Avenue. Travel on N. Vernal Avenue for 0.5 mile and turn right onto 500 N Street. Follow 500 N Street for 3.0 miles. Continue onto Diamond Mountain Road and travel for 5.7 miles. Continue on Brush Creek Road for 1.2 miles. Continue on Diamond Mountain Road for another 5.3 miles. Follow Diamond Road to the right and travel for 7.2 miles. Continue onto Jones Hole Road and travel for another 3.2 miles. Turn left onto Browns Park Road and travel for 2.2 miles. Continue onto Mail Draw Road and travel for 3.5 miles. Turn left onto Pot Creek Loop and travel for 0.6 mile.
Fishing Regulations
Updated for the 2024 fishing season. Limit 1 trout over 22 inches. All trout 22 inches or smaller must be immediately released. Artificial flies and lures only.
