Adams Reservoir also known as Andy Adams Reservoir is located in Davis County, Utah. The reservoir is just West of the Valley View Golf Course in the city of Layton.

Fishing Regulations
Adams Reservoir falls under the community pond fishing regulations of Utah. The daily limit is 2 fish. Anglers are encouraged to voluntarily release all Largemouth Bass. Waters are open to fishing only when the community parks are open to the public.
All anglers must register here. Park in the designated area. Do not drive off the roads. Do not drive past the parking area. Please pick up all trash (even if it's not yours). Please respect the private property. No shooting within 600 feet of building houses or machinery. No Motorized motorcraft allowed on the reservoir.
Other Info
The land owner currently has a multi year deal with the state of Utah for public access. The original deal was set to expire in 2016, but was renewed until 2019. Layton City has some beautiful pictures and a virtual tour of the lake. In 2015 the reservoir was drained for dam repairs. KrakenBass also has a good write up on the lake.
