Directions
Pelican Lake is located in Uintah County, Utah. Nestled between the Duchesne River and the Green River this lake is a great option for residents of Roosevelt and Vernal. From highway 40 just past the city of Gusher take UT-88/16500 E south past Brough Reservoir, until you hit the lake.

Carp, Bluegill, Bullhead Catifsh, Largemouth Bass, and Sunfish.
Fishing Regulations
Updated for the 2024 fishing season.
Limit 15 bluegill, only 5 may exceed 7 inches.
Limit 50 bullhead.
No limit for common carp. Anglers must not release any common carp they catch. All common carp must be immediately killed.
Blue Ribbon
Pelican Lake is managed as a trophy Bluegill fishery. It also has some huge Laregmouth Bass and Bullhead. Pelican Lake is listed as a Blue Ribbon Fishery.
Other Info
The DWR treated the lake with Rotenone in October 2018.
