Newton Reservoir is located in Cache County, Utah. From Richmond take 142 West a little over 8 miles then turn South on 5800 West.

Fish Species

Tiger Muskie, Channel Catfish, Black Crappie, Bluegill, Largemouth bass, Yellow Perch. In 2006 there was a few hundred tiger trout planted. Since tiger trout don’t breed they are likely gone from the reservoir.

Fishing Regulations Updated for the 2024 Season

Closed to the possession of tiger muskie. All tiger muskie must be immediately released.
Unlawful to use whole fish for bait. Cut baitfish must not be larger than one inch in any dimension and no more than one piece per hook.
