Location
Otter Creek Reservoir is located in Piute County, Utah. From Richfield take highway 89/ highway 70 south until the road splits to highway 89. Continue on highway 89 south past Marysvale and Piute Reservoir. Just past the City of Junction turn and head east on U-62 about 12 miles until you hit the reservoir. Just South of the reservoir is small pro shop with supplies and a restaurant.
Fish Species
Rainbow Trout, Smallmouth Bass, Chub, Cutthroat Trout, Tiger Trout, Brown Trout, and Wiper.
Other Info
in 2005 the DWR introduced Smallmouth Bass into the fishery. If you Google Otter Creek almost everyone will talk about how good of a Rainbow Trout fishery it is. We've seen lots of 5lb + Smallmouth come out of the reservoir. If you are looking for an amazing overlooked bass fishery this may be the place for you.
