Location

Brown's Draw Reservoir is located in Duchesne County, Utah. From the city of Roosevelt take UT-121 northwest towards the cities of Neola and Monarch. You can follow UT-121 towards Neola, then head west on 9000 N which will turn into 8500N. This road will end up on the east side of the reservoir. You can also turn off of UT-121 on cedar view road/4000 N and head west to W 4500 N. Take this road to the city of Monarch. Then take 8000 N west to Browns Draw Reservoir Boat Ramp Road. I highly recommend using a GPS to find the reservoir, as several of the roads do not have signs.

Other Info

The last road to the reservoir is surrounded by private property. When we first went there we passed the road a few times because we thought it was off limits. The reservoir itself is also is on private property, although is on an easement to the state. Hunting is strictly prohibited, although public access from anglers is welcome.
