Directions: Starvation Reservoir is located in Duchesne County, Utah. From the city of Duchesne travel 2 and a half mile northwest.
Fish Species: Rainbow trout, yellow perch, smallmouth bass, largemouth bass, walleye, brown trout, and cutthroat trout. Kokanee salmon were introduced in 2016.
Fishing Regulations: Updated for the 2021 fishing seaosn. Closed to the use of underwater spearfishing to take largemouth and smallmouth bass from April 1st through the fourth Saturday of June. Limit 20 bluegill, green sunfish, black crappie and yellow perch (a combined total).
