Location
Lake Boreham also called Midview Reservoir is located in Duchesne County, Utah. The reservoir is on Ute tribal land so you will need a permit to access the area. From the city of Duchesne head east on HWY 40 for about ten miles then turn north on East River Road and follow that to the city of Bridgeland. Then turn right and head east until you hit 9000 S then turn right and head east again and you will soon see the reservoir.
Regulations
Lake Boreham (Midview Reservoir) is located on Ute tribal land. So you will have to follow the Ute fishing proclamation rules.
Other Info
In 2015 the reservoir was closed to non tribal members. This year it is open and permits are on sale now.

The Utah state record Smallmouth Bass was caught here in 1996 at 7 lbs 6 oz.
