Fishing Regulations: Updated for the 2021 fishing season. Closed to the use of underwater spearfishing to take Largemouth and Smallmouth Bass from April 1st through the fourth Saturday of June. Closed to the possession of bluegill and green sunfish. All bluegill and green sunfish must be immediately released. This change will remain in effect until Dec. 31, 2020. (I’m not sure if the DWR meant to say 2021 there or not)
Blue Ribbon: Steinaker Reservoir is designated by the state as being a Blue Ribbon Fishery.
