Utah’s Outdoor News 7-13-2018

This week in Utah's outdoor news we saw some incredible sunsets, Zeus started some fires, and we got a bit of rain. With the summer at peak hotness we need to be mindful of how we catch and release fish. Several reports of higher fish mortality in lower elevation area's this week. The DWR has asked anglers at Flaming Gorge to minimize catch and release on the Salmon Kokanee. Now that the water is around 70 degrees you're better off throwing those salmon on the smoker, then releasing them.
